للعمل بكبرى شركات التجارة الالكترونية لمنتجات التعبئة والتغليف بالسعودية * Supervisor Logistics * Responsibilities: Responsible to drive new strategies to improve speed of orders & service quality and to reduce costs. Should be a subject matter expert for all Logistics Associates and Delivery Service Partners process areas and champion excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving delivery performance. Needs to monitor associates/department performance and provide feedback/ action plans and effectively coach and train current and new hires. Partner with regional Fleet Management leadership to validate vehicle demand and road worthiness and general compliance to the Fleet Management Program. Cultivate and sustain a safe environment, high-quality customer delivery, professional experience, and a positive culture. Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Must have strong proficiency in warehouse operations and a comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management. Must be hands‐on, a self‐starter and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
