بالشروط الاتية Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN, Desk side support • Working knowledge of Active directory, Firewalls, Servers, Routers, Modems • Working knowledge of AV Servers, WSUS server • Working knowledge of Patch Management, Inventory Management • Working knowledge of V lookup & MIS Data Collection Management. • Knowledge of Basic Hardware & Software. • Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012, UNIX. • Knowledge of repairing printers & plotters. • Knowledge of configuring CCTV, Email ID also handling different control panel. • Contribute to Problem record identification, investigation and resolution. • Contribute to Application maintenance activities. • Contribute to change management which include scoping, review and preparation of change documents, implementation and post-change testing. • Contribute to maintenance of systems operational documentation and knowledge management processes. • Contribute to proactive activities through automation of manual work items and introducing enhancements in the Production environment. • Ensuring support processes are followed in alignment with broader IT operations teams/processes • Telephonic & Remote support to stores for day to day queries on the POS Software • Central Administration of the POS Software. • Data base administration. • The owner of the data Sales collection from all stores and uploads in SAP. • Installation of POS software in new stores • Regular Coordination with POLARIS support team for new developments deliveries, timely resolutions of bugs identified. • New users/Roles creation/Deletion • New reports development • User training • Sales data upload in SAP using BDC programs. • Daily trouble shooting office computers • other tasks as and when necessary for the related job.
